We are the family IJspeert and dwell in Gemünden / Lehnhausen in Germany. That is on the edge of the Sauerland, between the Kellerwald and Burgwald.

It is a small village with approximately 105 inhabitants

We have 3 daughters in the age of 2 x 16 and 13 years old.

We have bought a former "agriculture" whit 8 hectares of land there.

There is also the apartment, a large 104m2 house with private entrance.

Suitable for 8 persons and possibly even child under 2 years in crib.

Even dogs are welcome.

Here you can find in the beautiful surroundings still find peace and space. The children can enjoy play and romp. "Evenings have all the campfire to watch the stars, because it is still dark` s night. And some tasty grilling over the fire or on the barbeque.

Outside there is a large trampoline, large skelter, swing, sandbox and slide, and many toys. There is over in the hay barn table tennis, Dartboard and a sitting area for the youth.

There is the possibility of a ride in the country on won off the pony `s / horses under the guidance of the owner. (Also for beginners).

The house consists of 3 bedrooms. Bedding is availabl e free.

Large living room with leather bench (3-2-1) had flatscreentelevision with DVD player and a radio-CD player. There is a cupboard with games and books and magazines to read.

Large fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee, Senseo, kettle, sandwich / waffle-iron, mixer, bakingstuff and much more available. And what is not there, you might borrow from us. With large dining area with pull-out table and chair. Tea towels and kitchen towels are available for free, even bibs and cleaning cloth, cleaning brush and many herbs and dishwassertabs detergent.
